Cleveland Indians lose two outfielders to free agency

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Indians have lost two outfielders to free agency.

Michael Brantley signed a two-year contract, $32 million with the Houston Astros, according to


Brantley had a batting average of .309 with 17 home runs and 76 RBIs in 2018. He was also an All-Star for the Tribe.

Rajai Davis signed with the New York Mets.

Davis is known for nailing a two-run home run during game 7 of the 2016 World Series for the Indians.
